The right support for all your pregnancy care & postpartum needs

Doula Mentor

Just starting out as a new Doula? I love sharing what I’ve learned along the way

Some of the ways I can help are:

  • Help you to increase your doula inquiries, aid in networking with other doulas and birth workers,  and interview preparedness.

  • Develop forms and handouts, including contracts.

  • Help you build your doula bag and brush up on your labor support skills, including role playing with specific scenarios in labor.

  • Go over what to cover during your prenatal meetings. How to go through all the options families have for their birth and create individualized birth plans.

  • Suggestions on what to cover at a postpartum visit.

  • Learn the importance of setting boundaries, scheduling, designated time off and develop work efficiency.

Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is the process of preparing the mother’s placenta after the birth of her baby by steaming,  dehydrating, powdering and placing it into capsules for the mother to use at her discretion. No specific benefits or effects are guaranteed. Any benefits will vary from person to person. Some of the ascribed benefits of placenta consumption are supported by research.  I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe for any health conditions. Services and fees are for the preparation and encapsulation of your placenta.
